Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GeoArte™. Below you’ll find our shipping terms, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking information, and important notes about customs/import taxes.

Shipping Origin

We ship from Latvia (EU).

Processing Time

Most orders are made/prepared before dispatch.
Typical processing time: 1–3 business days (may be longer during peak periods or large-size orders).

Delivery Times (Estimated)

Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on destination and carrier performance.

• EU: 2–6 business days

• UK: 3–8 business days

• USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

• Rest of World: 6–15 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Free Express Shipping

We offer free express shipping on eligible orders as displayed at checkout and/or on the product page. Free express shipping applies when the order is kept (not returned).
If an order is returned, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund as described in our Return Policy.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking whenever available. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Issues / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay required import charges, we can reship it once it’s returned—additional shipping fees may apply.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@geo-arte.com with photos of:

• the product

• the packaging

• the shipping label
  We will evaluate the case and make it right.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes (Important)

Import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees (if any) are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Import rules can vary by country and can change over time.

EU deliveries (orders shipped within the EU):
Orders delivered within the EU single market generally do not require import customs duties.

United Kingdom (UK):
UK VAT rules may apply. Under current UK rules, goods valued £135 or less generally receive customs duty relief, although VAT may still apply depending on the circumstances.

Canada:
Canada may apply taxes depending on province and shipment value. A common reference point for courier shipments is CAD 40 (tax threshold) and CAD 150 (duty threshold), but the final assessment depends on Canadian rules and the carrier process.

United States (USA) — current note:
The United States has tightened low-value import treatment since August 29, 2025. As a result, import duties/fees may be assessed on shipments that previously entered duty-free under the $800 “de minimis” process.

Important (fast-changing regulations):
Customs/tax rules and tariff policies can change quickly (including recent tariff adjustments often referred to in the media as “Trump tariffs”), so this information may change. We recommend checking your local customs authority if you want the latest rules for your country.
