Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: If the product has been opened, handled extensively, or partially assembled/installed, we may still accept the return, but the refund amount may be reduced to reflect any loss in value (for example, if the item can no longer be resold as new).

Shipping Costs (Important)

We offer free express shipping to deliver your order to you when you keep the product.

If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for: 
Return shipping costs (sending the item back to us), and The original shipping cost of delivering the order to you (outbound shipping)

Because free shipping applies only to orders that are kept.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping cost will be paid by you (or deducted from the refund if we arrange shipping on your behalf).

Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production/processing and we may be unable to cancel it.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@geo-arte.com. Returns will need to be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Color & Material Disclaimer (Natural Wood)

Our products are made from natural wood and finished with eco-friendly/bio-based paints. Because wood is a natural material, color tones and grain patterns may vary, and the final shade may look slightly different from photos depending on lighting and the wood batch. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Personalized or custom-made items (including special orders made to your specifications)

• Gift cards

• Final sale / clearance items (where marked)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

If the product has been opened beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value, as allowed by applicable regulations.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
